LIFE’s first retreat was run at the beautiful Honey Meadow Retreat in North Devon. A retreat based on well-being, we ran workshops, had fitness classes held by Fitworks, enjoyed beautiful hikes, ate amazing food, had time alone & time together, meeting new and catching up with old friends, lots of laughter and all the emotions flowed.

A huge thank you to @samantha_luff  for taking the beautiful wellness workshop and @pippa_lance for tag teaming the class timetable. Also a shout out also to the amazing team at @opendoorhw who have a woman led community space in High Wycombe that provide a range of opportunities and support for all women in their local area. It was great to hear all about it and help spread the word.

We had an amazing time and I think all of us appreciated getting away from it all for a couple of days!
